Is breathability an issue? Absolutely! A non-breathable coating will cause extensive rotting to your building. CHIC Liquid Vinyl creates a highly breathable surface which is water proof.

How is it applied? After a thorough preparation of the exterior of your building, a three-coat system is applied by brushing, rolling or spraying or any combination thereof.

Does it look like paint? Yes! It's applied in three separate coats, with a thickness eight to ten times greater than paint. It has a smaller molecular structure which attributes to it's paint like appearance, but lasts for a lifetime. Back to Top
